We had an excellent dinner tonight at this new place in Park Slope. It looks like a diner, but the menu is anything but. We started with a red bean hummus appetizer..very good. My husband had grilled salmon over greens, topped with a delicious guacamole -- for about $10! I had the flavorful pulled pork sandwich and my son had a fab hamburger -- both came with good fries covered with chipotle mayo. Both were about $8. Plus they have wine and beer! We sat at the counter, diner style, and watched Bonnie prepare all the food. For the non-super tasters, there are loads of hot sauces on the counter, with names like Roasted Fire. There are only about five tables in the narrow room. But great music and friendly service and wonderful, straightforward food at reasonable prices made this place a winner for us.
