Boneyard Bistro in Sherman Oaks just opened. Anyone go last night?

Well, after the longest remodel of the former Charm Thai on Ventura just west of the Starbux at the corner of Allott, Boneyard bistro opened, with a nice wine list, and ribs from many different perspectives. You want St. Louis, you got it; you want Central Coast(Santa Maria perhaps), you got it, etc. Everything from pork or beef to chicken items, combos of all formats, sandwiches in similar variety($10-$11), plus sides of fried mac n' cheese, beans, collard greens, slaw and of course fries. Also tri tip, baby backs, etc. The bistro menu includes whiskey brined pork chop, duck breast, catfish, flat iron steak, etc. Entree prices are in the $16-25 range with 2 sides included with the dinners. Several salads and even pulled pork dumplings.
Nice wine list, with most everything under $65, with many in the $30-40 range, with some 14 different wines by the glass, including 4 dessert wines. Fourteen bottled beers, with 1 from Belgium, 3 from Canada, plus others from Oregon, Alaska, Jamaica, Texas, etc.
Corkage is $12.
Really nice upscale decor, unlike the hokey nonsense of Mr. Cecil's just west of it. 818.906.ribs(7427).
