How often have you found a bone in your sashimi or nigiri sushi? The first time it happened to me was at a shady restaurant which I never returned to. We've been going to the same place for the past few years because of their fresh fish and nicely flavored rice but I was disappointed when I found a bone in the fish. The only time I expect to find bones in my fish is when it's cooked! Is this a deal breaker in a sushi restaurant?
