I don't find it practical keep chicken bones, necks, etc on hand for making stock. I just don't usually have enough of them at any one time unless I am specifically looking to make chicken stock. And then those bones tend to have meat on them.
Can anyone tell me where to look for skin, bones, necks and other parts of the chicken that are useful for making stock alone? I have checked with the meat department at my local Wegman's and they don't have them. There aren't many butcher shops or similar in the area and I'm not sure a butcher shop would carry much poultry.
