About ten years ago I was in Chicago on business. My associates took me to a restaurant called, I believe, "Bones". It was a big place, with a heavy men's club atmosphere (red upholstery, dark wood, etc.) and the menu featured BBQ'd this and BBQ'd that, with baked potato and green salad as I recall. In other words, hearty no-brainer food. I liked it just fine.

What is your take on this place? A respectable tribute to Chicago's meat-packing character? A hokey tourist trap? Or ????
