Always loved eating marrow when having a veal or lamb shank. I have since seen two shows featuring a whole dinner of marrow (yum). ANYWAY... any recommendations where I could find a meal like that in Chicago and NOT break the bank? (a moderately priced bistro sounds just right)
also, can anyone recommend an old school kind of butcher shop where one could get marrow and other stuff those fou-fou frenchies drool over?
