Bone marrow at Blue Ribbon

Totally unctuous! My husband and father shared this (and there was more than enough for two hearty eaters and two tasters)and it was the standout of the evening. Rich and tasty -- the relish provided truly enhanced the flavor. Blue Ribbon really is very good. Sis and I shared the paella for the main and bubbie had the fried chicken. Paella was soupy, seafoody, and spicy -- not a bland mix like you so often get. I love the fact that their entree menu ranges from $12 to $49 -- I wish more restaurants would have a range so you don't feel you have to pay a fortune every time you go. Service was great and the manager was very hands-on. I had forgotten how good this place is.
