Bone Marrow

Has anyone else tried this in a dish?? I tried this for the first time in Boston at a french bistro and didn't care for it at all. Just wondering....it seems to be all the rage now and has been for the last couple years especially since the Chef Fergus Henderson of "Nose to Tail dining" Cookbook from London came along.
