I am attempting to try Bon Appétit's turkey recipe for a 14-lb bird, except trying to double it to 2 14-lb birds at once. My main question is should I adjust time and temp for 2 birds?
The recipe for 1 bird says to initially bake the turkey at 450° for 30 minutes, then 300° for 65-85 minutes, glazing every 30 minutes until instant thermometer reading is 150°.
