No Boil Lasagne Noodles

I've searched all the previous posts, and can't find the answer to this one very specific question (this post isn't about the merits of using or not using them):

What is the difference between regular, dried noodles and "no boil" noodles? I'm talking about how they are made in the pasta factory, or do they have different proportions of ingredients. I can't tell by the box.
