While I certainly don't expect this restaurant to offer the "best steak in the world," as has been claimed by several food writers, I am pretty excited about my visit next month. Until my trip last year, when I discovered the txuleta of the Basque region, I was in the dark about the incredible beef steaks in Spain.
So... which beef to select among the selections at El Capricho? There will be two of us at dinner (we are booked overnight in Astorga) and seating recommendations would also be welcome, as I believe this is a restaurant with many dining areas.
