Greetings CH'ers!! I'm dining tonight with some clients at Boca Steak Restaurant in Novato, and was wondering if there's anything in particular I should consider or avoid? It will be a group of 12, so I'll have a chance to taste a number of the apps (I've always liked George Morrone's take on ahi tuna tartare, so I'll make sure to order enough of those). Is the grass-fed or the dry-aged the way to go with regards to entrees?
