Boca restaurant with bland/overcooked and spicy

I'm going to be going to Boca with my family to visit the grandparents between Christmas and New Years. Previous years' trips have featured some of the worst extra-airport food I've had while traveling. So I'm looking for recommendations. Specifically, I'd like a place I can go with my elderly grandparents. They have peculiar tastes: one claims to like very bland food, although this grandparent also eats all the non-bland food everyone else orders when it's available. The rest of us like non-bland food. We also have internal family disagreement as to how well-cooked (overdone? just right? underdone?) food should be. Some of us are adventurous eaters, the others aren't. Obviously, it's difficult to find restaurants to satisfy everyone. So my question: can you all recommend a place that serves bland food (or is willing to patiently listen to and follow an elderly person's request for, say, salmon with no salt, no pepper, no garlic, unblackened, and well-done) for those who want it and either very well-executed continental or interesting/spicy ethnic cuisines? Nothing too loud as it would bother the grandparents. Some kind of interesting atmosphere (non-strip mall) would be a plus, but I'd take food over view any day. Also, could you include price ranges for your recommendations? Thanks!
