Just have to boast a bit

When my cooktop got smashed and it was going to take over a month to get it repaaired one smart thing I bought was a deep fryer on Amazono, my DH could be happy with hot wings once or twice a week.

The fryer is a Delonghi and had been over $250 but I bought it for about $69 and no shipping. I am so happy with it. It has a triple fliter. I just finishd a batch for this evenings dinner and you cannot smell a thing in my kitchen. The fry basket rotates on a tipped angle so he food is moving in and out of the fat. It holds it's temperature vey well. The exterior stays cool to the touch. The day I got it I made potato chips in it. He was surprised when I pulled a warm tray out of the oven to go with the cocktail hour. Because of the good even temps. I get great crisp food and they are not grease laden.

It is also a snap to clean up and my cooktop is not spattered and greasy, nor is my kitchen ceiling.
