Does anyone own a Bluestar rangetop before V1 fixes?

I have been coveting a Bluestar rangetop for several years. I am almost to my kitchen remodel phase and have an opportunity to purchase a new, still in the box, Bluestar Rangetop, in the six burner configuration I want. It will cost $2100 which is about $1,000 less than a new one would cost. Problem is, it is the older model prior to the V1 fixes. I think this means all 6 burners will click while turning on one burner. I'm also unclear if the V1 cast iron burners fit more securely and if this model might not have as smoothly moving overflow tray. Does anyone out there have an older Bluestar and are those items annoying. I'd really like the newer model, but I have to seriously consider the opportunity to save about 1/3 on my price. I am currently cooking on an old electric coil Thermador and am looking forward to this remodel! Your Bluestar experiences will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
