Blue Smoke finally coming together.

Last night I went to Blue Smoke and I must say... it seems to be getting its bearings. I've been numerous times and not everything clicked at each meal. Last night I can gladly say that everything was as good as I could ask for. The chipotle wings (which are my favorite) were as tasty as ever and have finally returned to normal size, not the miniature wings I received last time, and there must've been at least 12-15 wings on the order. The rib sampler was delicious and the meat on all three types of ribs were tender, tasty and falling off the bone. Mac and cheese was as good as always and the addition of hush puppies to the menu was great. I still wish they never took off the onion rings off the menu, but apparently I was the only one. Hopefully, Blue Smoke will continue at this pace and I won't have to have only semi-good meals there.

Also, for any peanut fans out there, I strongly recommend getting the NC Salt Peanuts. You get your own jar of very heavily salted and tasty peanuts. I don't know what it is, but they are fantastic and the best peanuts I've ever eaten. Thankfully they came in a jar, and I had some left over and have been snacking on them all day...
