Had brunch at The Blue Room a few weeks back, and have been trying to recreate a dish on the buffet. Can anyone help? It was a salad, and consisted of pearl pasta, chickpeas, and broccoli rabe, with a viniagrette of unknown ingredients--very fresh-tasting. I want to make it as a Thanksgiving side dish? Steve Johnson, are you listening?
