blue ribbon service

had a somewhat weird experience at blue ribbon last night and was wondering if anybody noticed something similar. went to blue ribbon bk last night with my so's family and while the host and waitress were extremely nice (as usual) the busboy was kind of freaking me out. he kept trying to take food away before anybody was finished.

had some olives for an app and there were maybe four or five left when he whisked them away. the entree was cleared fine but for dessert we were sharing the choc chip bread pudding and he tried to take it away when about a third of it was left. then tried again when about a quarter was left. the other desserts at that point were definitely finished.

our dinner was on a monday night around 9 for 6 people and the place wasn't particularly full halfway into our meal, so there wasn't anybody waiting and it wasn't late enough that the staff was rushing to get home.

anyway, just wondering if anyone has noticed anything similar. it's a great place to eat and i'm hoping it's not indicative of a trend in their service.
