after months of meaning to get myself there, i finally went last night for dinner. we were greeted kindly by the manager who got us a table right away. the decor is nothing to speak about and the lighting was so dark i could barely see the menu! but it was fun anyway :)
and the food.... wow i was really surprised at how great everything was executed! well, almost everything. the bread arrived whole in a small loaf on a cutting board. looked and smelled promising but really lacked. they should have left it in the oven longer to create more of a crunchy crust and the crumb wasn't up to par either.

we started with the barbeque ribs. came tender with a pretty good barbeque sauce and disgusting asian spicy mustard sauce. i'd skip that part. ;)

then we ordered cheese fondue. delicious. perfect balance between the cheese and wine. came with bread chunks, apples, breadsticks, and a potato that came with bacon bits. yummmmmmmmmm.

next was the catfish that came grilled blackened with a sort of sweet chili sauce. perfectly (and i emphasize perfect) cooked and seasoned. couldn't have done anything to improve upon it. it came with more perfect collard greens and mashed potatoes. awesome, AWESOME dish.

i would definitely go back and try many other things on the menu here! anyone else been and have reviews of the best dishes?
