Below is a recent meal taken in at Blue Hill. Dish names may not be the "formal" ones. Mike was in attendance during the meal in question :)

-- Smoked Atlantic King salmon with marinated tomatoes, white currants and tomato sorbet.

-- Poached Chatham Cod with Sweet Corn Stew, Pearl Onions.

-- Loin and Shoulder of Baby Lamb, Braised Callaloo, Eggplant Confit

-- Apricot-based dessert. Panna cotta, tuile, coulis, ice cream.

-- Strawberries with mascarpone and balsamic vinegar

The wine was BYO, including a Mersault, Rulot -- Clos de Mons Plaisir 2000.
