The cakes are well-crafted, little things of beauty. A subtle, eloquent raspberry flavour brings joy in the centre of the dense dark chocolate mousse with excellent chocolate flavour. At the heart of the white chocolate cake are bright berries, chirpy and fresh. The cake layers in both are somewhat dry but not raspy, and are forgiven once they're enveloped by the respective mousse layers.
Not perfect, but very good. I prefer them to the cakes at Athan's by virtue of the chocolate quality.
P.S. they serve sandwiches too. Any favourites?
