Blue 9 Burger review

hey ya'll, ate at Blue 9 Burger, 3rd avenue between 12 and 13. what looked like a promising In-n-Out burger on the East Coast kinda . . disappointed? but was good anyway. not so good that it can compare but anyway, had Meal #1, $7.82, medium drink, fries (one size only) and double cheeseburger. The fries were great, and they had this weird strange dipping sauce, not sure if it was for the fries or burger, but very thin, bit spicy, kinda tasted like the onion ring sauce they were serving at Burger King about a year ago, like a french dressing with horseradish. Anyway, pretty good sauce. The burger was . . huge! yes, but kinda pink. Although the texture was well-done . . . strange. Now call me crazy for eating beef post-Mad Cow alert but whatever. So yeah, the burger was pink! but not raw, strange. For the price, I guess it's alright, but it didn't have the same cheery atmosphere as In-n-Out in CA where everyone makes at least $8.50 an hour and is super cheerful. The woman at the counter looked kinda distressed and the workers in the back looked like your typical ny restaurant workers (sullen and sick of flipping goddamn burgers) so I don't think they're making $8.50. anyway, ya'll should check it out but I'd give it a . . . 4 out of 10. sorry!
