Graduation is this weekend, and if you're looking for a special venue to take your grad, I heartily recommend Tallent. My husband and I just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary by dining there tonight, and it was stupendous. We particularly enjoyed the rabbit loin wrapped in pork, but everything was superb. Chef Dave is making very good use of the new spring veggies: ramps, asparagus, and sugar snaps, although I have to say that the Swiss chard with fig balsamic backdrop to the elk and duck entrees was about the best veggie I've ever consumed.
