Forgive me if this has been asked and answered, but I did check back on four years of CH and did not find an answer.
I plan to serve homemade blintzes as part of a brunch on Saturday. I will be making only cheese blintzes. If I prepare the blintzes tomorrow (Thursday) will they last in the refrigerator until Saturday or must I freeze them.?
And, should I refrigerate (or freeze) them cooked or uncooked, and fry on Saturday?
