i am about to get some major dental work done (involves the pulling of teeth) and will be on a liquidy diet for about a week. i'm planning on eating an awful lot of yogurt, but also wanted to make some hearty, nutritional soups to make and freeze for lunches. what i have in mind is a soup with lots of veggies all blended together so i don't need to chew! :P
i'm thinking something like a chicken stock with potato, zucchinis, broccoli, tomato, onion, garlic, etc. -- and then blending them all into a big mush.
got any good ideas please?
