Blanquette de Turkey

All this talk about Julia Child's beef bourgignon the other day inspired me to try her blanquette de veau recipe out on the leftover dark meat turkey that my mother-in-law didn't want. It worked! I highly recommend this as an alternative to other methods of leftover removal. It's still better with the veal, I thought, but tasty with the turkey.
