Blackfish season is open off the NJ coast. Far East Taste in Eatontown is serving it. The owner catches all the fish he sells in the restaurant. I like this fish for its nice taste and flakiness.

I also like his tom yam vegetable bean curd soup, and the basil fish - made with chunks of fried fish. Comfort food.
