So,we stayed in NYC after the St Pat's celebration, and in the morning planned to go to the Fitzpatrick for a "traditional" Irish breakfast. However traffic was crazy, so we went to the diner right next to our hotel (the Red Flame) because they had a big sign advertising Irish breakfast. I think we basically know what the blood pudding was, tasted OK but definitely like congealed blood; what we really liked was "black and white pudding", and we were trying to figure out exactly what it was. Reminded us of Nana's meatloaf, that she used to make with a hard boiled egg in it.
Anyway I was trying to google it, and found this interesting website about disgusting foods. After reading it, I figure whatever was in the pudding couldn't be all that bad!!
