Hi guys, first time posting. Don't know where else to turn. Do pasteurized crab meat cans typically contain black spots, and does the crab meat smell really strong (like, an intense salty smell you can smell from across the room)? See pictures. We just bought the can (Blue Star) a few days ago and have kept it refrigerated since then.
Note the link where someone asked a similar question. The answer said to discard but not that it was unsafe, and I have found no other account of the black spot situation online.
