Hi, I made tiramisu Tuesday night around 7pm and let it set in the fridge for about 24hrs. Today is Thursday and I've noticed some really black spots underneath the tiramisu on the lady fingers, whereas other parts are brown. I'm thinking it could be from the excess espresso that has pooled up there, it's dark black in coloration. It doesn't look appetizing at all and scary! Should I be concern that it could possibly be mold or starting to rot? Everything else looks find except for the bottom parts. Is this normal? I need to know ASAP so I can trash it if it's unsafe to eat. Thanks!
