We're arriving in San Francisco on January 2 for a 10th anniversary trip. We'll only be in the city one night before heading down to Big Sur.

I'm looking for a 'grown up' (we're leaving our 8 year old at home in Toronto) restaurant with great food and a San Francisco feel. We don't want to have to dress up beyond chinos, and we're not crazy about French food.

I've read good things about Black Cat & Blue but see nothing about it here.

Any comment on Black Cat, or other suggestions would be very welcome. Another possibility is Delfen?

Thanks!
