Hey guys, I made some bitters that kickass! I've been making tinctures and playing around with flavors and this what I came up with so far.

Fall: Burdock root, licorice, cloves, allspice, star anise. (Goes well with whiskey

Winter: cloves, cinnamon, licorice, orange, allspice. (Goes well with dark liquor)

Summer: ginger/vanilla, lime, grapefruit, lavender, kerala essence, dandelion root, rose water. (Goes really well with Tequila and, light rum and Gin)

Spring: lavender, lime, orange, cardamon, burdock root, licorice. orange flower water. (again Tequila and Gin)

Nice:hibiscus blossom, coca nibs, vanilla/ginger (No idea I just made it, but I'm guessing rum and Brandy)
Naughty: grains of paradise, Saffron, grapefruit, licorice? (I think this will go good with smokier liquors, it paired well with a mezcal cocktail, I made.)

Any advice, help? Notes?
