After a fabulous lunch at Ubuntu last Saturday, we were too full so we cancelled our dinner at Redd. While strolling on Washington, we passed Bistro Jeanty and I remembered mentioning of the tomato soup on CH, so we decided to check to see if they have a table. After about an hour wait, we found our tummies begging for food again(luckily our hotel is nearby and they called us when the table was ready). The tomato soup was delicous as expected. The pork belly/foie gras dish and the risotto with truffle sauce (which was a special) were pretty tasty but we found them very very salty. Is this how French bistro food is supposed to be?
