Bistro Jeanty is one of my favorite restaurants (I love the food and the atmosphere). How does Jeanty at Jack's compare (I have read the earlier posts on your experiences at Jeanty at Jack's and I know that it is really good too, but did you like one better than the other)?
Also, how does it work when a chef owns two restaurants? Is Mr. Jeanty in Yountville on certain days of the week and in San Francisco on the others? Is there a difference in the quality and in the soul of the food?
