I was taken to brunch at Bistango yesterday. It was probably the best brunch I have ever eaten. I started with the salad of mixed baby greens with walnuts, macadamia nuts and Stilton cheese. It was outstanding. My son had the salad of baby artichokes and hearts of palm. A close second to my salad. For the entree my son and I had the sesame crusted ahi tuna. Cooked to perfection and served with a spicy sauce and Asian vegetables. Too bad I didn't have my camera to take a picture of the outstanding presentation. Mr. Maggie had the mushroom crusted halibut - served with pureed potatoes and asparagus. The fish was almost as good as the ahi. The three of us split an order profiteroles to end a wonderful meal. I recommend it highly.
