Hello. Today i tried out Bison jerky for the 1st time and found it quite tasty! I have never tried any other type of Bison meat (bison steaks, cold cuts, etc) before today. Any advice on bison meat such as where the best place to buy it is, how to prepare and cook it, and what compliaments it? I live in Saskatoon so if anyone knows of any local spots that sell great bison meat, that would be fantastic.
