As a kid traveling across the country on road trips with my parents, I recall with great fondness stopping at Bishop's chain of cafeterias in the midwest. Hard to say how good they really were (I was between eight and twelve years old, after all), but I can remember meals I had in them to this day. Anyone know if the Bishop's chain still exists and what states they're in?
