Bisephenol A (BPA) in Pizza / Which pizzeria uses BPA-free ingredients

Practically every pizzeria in any metropolitan area / city in North America (probably most of the world too) has ingredients taken out of a can or plastic packaging. Some, unavoidably (eg. anchovies).

Anyone know of any particular pizzerias in Toronto (at least) that use all vegetables and other ingredients NOT from a can or sealed plastic package (eg. tomatoes picked from a garden or bought in large quantities, non-pre-shredded cheese...)?

San Marzano tomatoes and anchovies are two ingredients that I know are practically unavoidably brought into Toronto, by at least one pizzeria, in a can.

Its sad that alot of consumers are buying adulterated food containing BPA, unbeknownst to them.

I am happy to hear about pizzerias in other cities as well.
