Just wanted to relate a Biscuit experience. I was waiting about 20 minutes to take-out, which is longer than usual (this being about my fourth visit). Others had been waiting as long. One order for a couple came up, and had one of the dishes wrong. The couple, frustrated by the wait, decided to accept the order as prepared. After they left, the owner (who works in the back and presumably participated in botching the order in the first place) chewed out the counter guy for letting the couple have the wrong order at the original price (apparently, the error was in the customer's favor). He told the counterman that he should have insisted that the couple pay the difference (which was about $2) or wait while the correct order was prepared. Everyone in earshot of the counter (it's a small place) must have heard this. I was stunned that an owner would have such a pathetic idea of customer service. Hope this post gets back to Biscuit (the counter folks are, incidentally, perfectly nice). But the owner's attitude was lame. I've not been back since.
