Birthday Dinner: Lobster, please!

My fiance needs some suggestions for where to go for dinner to celebrate my 31st birthday. I definitely enjoy good food and dining out, and I always try to order lobster for my birthday dinners. My family has started a tradition to go to Joe's to celebrate all of our birthdays, but I'm rather bored of that.

I've never been to Shaw's, but for some reason, I have this idea in my head that it's more of the type of seafood joint where you wear the plastic bib and get handy wipes with your meal. I'd love something a little more upscale and romantic for the two of us to celebrate, drink good wine, and eat lobster (or if that's not on the menu, something equally as indulgent and divine).

Been to Hugo's Frog Bar, which was fine for seafood, but I want to try something new. North Pond keeps staring out at me, as do Henri and Sprout. L20 was too stuffy of a dining experience for me - if that helps with gauging the type of food/atmosphere we're looking for.

We live in the Fulton Market area and are happy to travel as far north as Andersonville, and as far South as Pilsen, etc. but probably not out to the true suburbs. Thanks for your suggestions!
