Tried this last night, picked it up at Eataly in NYC. Beer/champagne hybrid, made with Chianti grapes and fermented with Chianti wine yeast, then bottled with champagne yeast. 10.5% ABV and quite an interesting blend of flavors. I'd say this was easily the most successful example of the style I've tried, beating out Deus and Scaldis Prestige. Now I'm sorry I didn't buy more bottles.
