At the italian restaurant Mimosa - located on 9th between South and Lombard- I had for dessert strawberry gelato and a chocolate/hazelnut gelato made by Bindi. The icecream was fantastic! Where is this stuff made? Can you get it in grocery stores? It seems to be an international company.
On the other hand, I ate Mimosa's spaghetti al mare and it was average. Howrever, I did ask for it to be prepared "al cartoccio" and as a result it may not reflect the quality of their menu. They were very nice to change the dish for me, I have to add.
