I am looking for transcendent bindaedduk (also pindaedduk?) ... it's the pancake that's made from ground mung beans, with other things (usually green onions, etc.) thrown in.
I recently had great bindaedduk at Dae Sung Oak but was wondering where the knowledgeable Chowhounds went. Don't really care if they do anything else well (although a great bibim naeng myun would be nice).
BTW, what's the general opinion on Dae Sung Oak? I thought it was pretty good food. Atmosphere, like most Korean restaurants, could be better (but I guess that's part of the "charm").
