Before I join the allnightathon, I have long-standing plans for Bin 36 in Lincolnshire. I will admit to being somewhat of a naif when it comes to wine, so I am not sure about the "flights" concept the restaurant uses. Is there a point in getting the smaller glass size, for example? Any thoughts/warnings/experiences on this? And are there definite "order" or "don't order" items on the menu?
