I seek the big (2 or 3 in. diameter) and thick (several layers of wonton skins) and vegetarian (glass noodles, lots of carrots and cabbage) variety of Thai egg roll. Due to the thick skin, the veggies inside are relatively fresh and still crisp as if lightly steamed. I usually see them on carts at outdoor events, but who can tell me Thai restaurants in the SFV that serve these? Thank you for your prompt attention to my need for big, fat egg rolls.
