Which restaurants, bars, bakeries and coffee shops would you recommend?

Are there any dishes you'd seek out? Realize game shows up on a lot of menus.

Alberto's Mexican Cuisine and Black Kettle Burrito Co look good. Blue Moon Bakery also llooks like it's worth visiting.

I noticed Olive B's Bistro and Buck's T4, as well.

Would also appreciate recs for restaurants that offer main course salads at dinner time.

Which are the best bets at the base of the ski resort? Which places would you avoid?

Thanks for any recs. I read the old threads.
