I play soccer right by this place on Rt. 60 in Revere and have been driving past it for a couple years now. It has always intrigued me, as I am wont to be intrigued by large statues of pigs w/ aprons on top of buildings. Yet the hours I play soccer are generally too late to eat afterwards and I can't eat a rack of ribs before a game. I found their "website" via Citysearch but it's fairly non-descript with the exception that they serve "steak, pork, lamb, and chicken tips, as well as steak, prime rib, and yellowfin tuna steaks" in addition to the various rib types (babyback, St. Louis, and country-style). I was all set to make a special trip until I saw the dreaded ... "These tender ribs are marinated and slow-cooked in our steam table." Excuse me?
I think I'll stick to Uncle Pete's unless I read that these people actually smoke their ribs.
