This is one of my favorite neighborhood places for Columbian and Salvadoran food. Everything's home-made and delicious (especially the giant soups and the lemonade), the house wine is drinkable and cheap (something like $3 a glass) and they folks (owners/family I'd guess)working there are always very pleasant, and efficient. I walked by the other day and saw they are expanding into the next storefront. Does this mean I no longer have to go sheepishly behind the counter and thru the kitchen to get to the rest room? We'll see. I don't think they're open yet but it should be soon. 41-04 Greenpoint Avenue was the address.
PLUS-- seems at the same time (some tie-in?) an Argentinian steakhouse is opening up next door. It has an awful airport restaurant-like name complete with superfluous apostrophe. I think it's "Moment's".
