Big Daddy's Diner on Park Ave. South

The fried chicken had received some favorable reviews so I figured I'd investigate.

I started with the vegetable soup - almost $5, many carrots, not terrible but less interesting than regular Jersey diner soup.

The organic something or other black iced tea was less exciting than its name.

Finally, the fried chicken basket arrived. Great flavoring, but unequal quality among the four pieces. The fries were standard shoestring numbers.

Perhaps intoxicated clubgoers will be more forgiving.
