Big City Reds @ Draegers

At a cook-out last Friday, my favorite thing off the grill was the hot dogs! Beat out the artisanal lamb and pork cuts.

I found out that these were quarter pounders from Big City Reds purchased at Draegers. They have a smoky element and fairly assertive seasoning, although not spicy. And, they're very beefy in flavor, especially when enhanced by grilling. According to this article, they're the dog at PacBell Park.

I like them as much Millers, which are served at A's games. Millers have more snap, but a subtler flavor.
